The WOM is open from Tuesday to Sunday and on Monday (only during school and public holydays).

The WOM is located on the
Tour & Taxis site in the 4 bis shed.
  • Access to Tour & Taxis:

    By foot or bike: Access via Avenue du Port 86C.
    By bus: lines 57, 86 et 88 Tour & Taxis stop (the closest), bus 14 et 20 Suzan Daniel stop.

    With the metro: lines 2 and 6. Yser, Ribaucourt and Pannenhuis stops are a 10-minute walk away.
    By train: 15 minutes by foot from the North Station (Gare du Nord) or with the bus 14, 20, 57 or 88.

  • Access to the WOM, 4 bis shed:

    Sheds are located in the middle of the Tour & Taxis site. The 4 bis shed is located in front of the Food Market. You can recognise it by its entrance.
  • Access for persons with reduced mobility :

    The WOM’s reception areas (entrance, shop, restrooms) are accessible through the access ramp in front of the main entrance. From there, the visit route is accessible via a specific elevator.

FAQ

  • How can I offer a ticket for WOM as a gift?

    Go to www.worldofmind.be/en/ticketing/gift and choose the type of ticket you require: this will enable the holder to visit the WOM on the date of his/her choice, without having to make a prior reservation, within the limits of opening hours.
  • Can I do a shoot or a photoshoot at the WOM?

    Prior written permission is required for film shoots and photoshoots. Requests may be emailed to info@worldofmind.be.
  • Do I have to buy my ticket in advance?

    Online booking is not compulsory, but strongly recommended. If you indeed get your ticket in the museum, we will do our best to welcome you within the limits of the museum's capacity. Your entry is therefore not guaranteed without a pre-booked ticket, especially on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
  • Do you have any preferential rates for groups?

    Yes, there are preferential rates for school groups and adult groups of min. 15 people.

  • Do I have to print my tickets?

    You can print them but it is not necessary. You can also have them on your smartphone.
  • What is your refund/exchange policy?

    Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are accepted before the purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you reschedule your tickets to another available time slot. Please contact us for more information. Prepare your ticket number (ticket ID).
  • Where can I get my tickets?

    - On our website.
    - At the reception. Without online tickets, please note that your access to the museum is not guaranteed because it is subject to capacity.
  • What should I do if I have any questions regarding accessibility or special accommodations?

    Tour & Taxis has several pay parking lots: Esplanade parking via Drève Anna Boch or Parklane parking via 13 Rue Picard.
  • Can I get to the WOM by public transportation?

    Yes, there are many bus, metro and train stops in the vicinity.

    Metro - Line 2 and 6. Yser, Ribaucourt and Pannenhuis stops are a 10-minute walk away.
    Bus - Lines 14, 20, 57, 86 et 88.
    Train - A 15-minute walk away from the North Station (Gare du Nord).
  • Are guide dogs allowed?

    Yes, they are.
  • Are there any wheelchairs available on site?

    Yes, a wheelchair is available. Don't hesitate to ask our team members.
  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs who are welcome.
  • What happens if I am late?

    If you are late, our team will gladly welcome you within the limits of the museum’s capacity. The entrance is not guaranteed.
  • How far in advance do I need to arrive?

    You can arrive at the time slot you chose. For example, if your chosen time is from 10am to 10:30am, you have 30 minutes to arrive. Coming early is not necessary.
  • What is the minimum age required?

    The experience is accessible to everyone.

    Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
  • Will there be any strobe lights?

    No, but the visit is not recommended for people with epilepsy.
  • Are there any toilets?

    Yes.
  • Are there any lockers?

    Yes there are, but their number is limited.
  • Can I smoke or vape?

    No, it is not allowed.
  • Is there any place to eat and drink on site?

    The WOM does not have any restaurant, however, you can enjoy nice drinks and meals at the Food Market right next to the WOM and the Entrepôt Royal with some restaurants.
  • Can I use my camera/take pictures during my visit?

    Yes, it is even encouraged! You will find many “selfie points” throughout your visit, so get ready to pull out your camera!
  • How long does the visit last?

    1h30 to 2h00.
  • Is the WOM outdoors or indoors?

    The WOM is an exclusively indoor experience.
  • Where is the WOM located?

    The WOM is located at Tour & Taxis in Brussels specifically in the 4 bis shed. The entrance is right in front of the “Gare Maritime” close to the Food Market.
  • What can I expect from my visit at the WOM?
